By accessing or using Verified Mold Pros ("the Service"), operated by Localize Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Verified Mold Pros is an online directory that connects homeowners with mold remediation professionals. We are a directory and referral service, not a mold remediation company. We do not perform mold remediation services ourselves.

Our service is provided free of charge to homeowners. We verify that listed contractors hold appropriate certifications (such as IICRC credentials), valid licenses, and insurance, but we cannot guarantee the quality of any work performed.

No Guarantees

While we verify contractor credentials, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed contractors
• The accuracy of pricing estimates or quotes
• The timeliness or completion of any work
• The truth or accuracy of contractor-provided information
• The availability of contractors in your area

You are solely responsible for evaluating contractors, obtaining multiple quotes, and making hiring decisions. We recommend verifying contractor credentials independently and obtaining written contracts before work begins.

Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our Service, you consent to being contacted by one or more verified mold remediation contractors. These contractors may contact you by phone, text message, or email. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request services at the property address provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Localize Labs LLC and Verified Mold Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any services provided by contractors listed in our directory.

Any disputes arising between you and a contractor are between you and that contractor. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor and have no obligation to mediate disputes.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and functionality of this website are owned by Localize Labs LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
